Presence and sleep status not triggering flows

Hi. Tried to see if anyone have had the same problem, but can´t find any.

A few days ago my flows that gets triggered by either presence og sleep status stopped working. Everything works if I test them from advanced flows, but if they get triggered automaticly or if I force them by saying that all users are gone or asleep, nothing happens. Everything work without a hitch until a few days ago. Tried restarting all phones and homey several times.

Anyone had the same problem, or should I send a ticket to Athom?

Try to create a few simple flows for them, which trigger with sleep or presence, with only a timeline notification action card. Then you’ll know the triggers don’t work when you expect one to send trigger.
I recommend sending a ticket to Athom anyhow.
