Just a question from me here. I’m considering purchasing a Homey but I need to know the level of support from the manufacturer. In this thread it reads to me like @Jero and @Robin are employees of Homey or at least have inside inofrmation. Is that correct?
That’s correct, but this forum is not an official support channel for Athom. If you need support from Athom, you have to submit a support request.

Just one more OT question about a first purchase: am I correct in suspecting Homey is about to launch a new version of the pro, seeing as they themself have ceased selling the current pro?
If you want an official answer to this question, you have to ask Athom. However, I think that the general consensus on the forum is that Homey’s availability issues are caused by worldwide component shortages and not by upcoming new hardware.

I’m pretty sure they’ll not just stop selling the Pro before a new Pro version is about to be released
