I want my lights to go on before sunset and then to go off 6 hours later. Does this flow do that?
Also is there a way where I can specify instead of 6 hours later, that it should go off at a certain time?

Instead of using the 360 min wait, you can use the Chronograph app to initiate a timer of 6 hours. This replaced the 360 wait card.
Also remove the turn off light card. Next add a second flow that turns off the light after the timer completes (use the available WHEN card for the latter as trigger).
The proof of the pudding is in the eating, i.e. just test it ![]()
In the Netherlands the sun will set at 22:04 on june 21st. So the lights turn on at 21:04 and turn off at 3:04
On december 21st the sun will set at 16:30. So the lights turn on at 15:30 and turn off at 21:30.
I don’t think you really want that.
Turning the lights off at a fixed time:
WHEN
Time is 23:00
THEN
Turn off lights
