Another thought: what happens if you disable all apps on your Homey? Does that stop the intermittent freezing? If so, you could then start enabling them one at a time to identify the app that is / its devices that are causing the issue.

I am also on v12.8.0 and am running 35 apps on a HP23, but don’t have the same experience as you have. I don’t recall seeing other reports on freezing Homeys here or on Homey’s Slack channel. You might also want to reach out to Support | Homey for assistance and to report the issue.
