Actually the meter adapter form toon is a zwave device and I used to have it connected to vera and even use to read another traditional meter (with led pulse).
I could install it on homey, but it recognize only generic device, no power. It just needs a very small driver for homey. If anyone is interested to develop it, I have the documentation somewhere.
