Enabling dynamic prizes with Homey Cloud premium

I have Homey Cloud with premium. The IOS app doesn’t allow me to enable dynamic prices. The control for it is disabled. Removed the app and back, no change.

Any ideas?

I have the same issue - switch for electricity cost in the app can not de be moved from fixed to dynamic.

Location: Sweden

App version: 9.5.1 (iOS)

Homey: Cloud

I have premium subscription.

Just sent report to Homey Support. Usually they answer very slowly, but hopefully this is fixed soon. Seems to be common problem to all Homey Cloud users so far.

Edit: Already got confirmation that Homey Dev Team is checking this. Let’s see how is goes.

Mobile app v9.5.2 has just been made available for iOS and Android, this should resolve your issue. It might take a bit of time before the update is available for download. Please let me know how this works for you!

Thanks! Update was available quickly and this issue was fixed.

But only the prices for the 2 days after enabling dynamic prices were available. Todays prices are not available. I had to switch to Fixed prices and back, only then dynamic prices updated.

Already sent message to Homey support. At least for me, prices are only updated when selecting dynamic prices setting again and saving it. No automatic updates, have to switch to Fixed+Save, and back to dynamic, then based on time 1-2 days prices are shown.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Yes. Same thing here. So basically useless at the moment. I changed back to Power by the Hour app.

@Robin There still seem to be some hickups with dynamic prices & Homey Cloud

App version 9.5.2 but still not working. Automatic price updates work rather randomly. Manually changing to fixed and back to dynamic resolves the issue only temporarily.

After many messages with support they found the reason. Time of the daily update for new prices is wrong at least for my timezone. And it doesn’t keep polling, so new prices are not found.

Dev team is aware of this and hopefully it’s fixed soon.

Same problem with my Homey Pro box. Problem has been there since they intruduced this feature.
