The Dyson doesn’t connect anymore and if I remove the device and try to reconnect the app doesn’t find the Dyson at all?

I put matje email afress from my Dyson account en my country, after I get the code I will put it in and put in my Dyson pass. After that the app doesn’t find my Dyson anymore…
