Did someone succeed to integrate the Magnum Floor Heating Thermostat based on wifi (MRC)?

The best solution currently is the Tuya-app made by Homey and the Thermostat device. If the Magnum MRC is included in the Tuya Smart app (which is evidently the same as Magnums own app, with the same functions), the floor heating can be linked to Homey with the most relevant functionality available, e.g. reading the current temperature and changing the target temperature. Athom’s Thermostat device has settings that are not useful for the MRC, but as you have the device in the Tuya Smart Live app, this is not an issue. The different operation modes of the Magnum MRC are not reflected in Athom’s device driver, because these are not modes (or workstates), but ControlMode variables. These can even be changed in Homey via the driver with a workflow action “Set (code) to String (value)”, with (code) ControlMode and (value) to AUTO, MANUAL, FROST or HOLIDAY (HOLIDAY might not work as it requires also the number of days specified). All the above is case sensitive.
Adding a device to Athom’s Tuya app is still fragile, due to the many authentication steps. If something goes wrong, the device is “added” incorrectly and the only way to cure that is to remove and reinstall the Tuya app.
A new device request was made, but denied by Athom.
Nevertheless, this is the best solution so far.
