Delete devices in Google Home

Hello all,

I have a problem with my Google Home Assistant is not working wel with Homey. I can not start a mood and get the reaction that he can you reach homey. The sync switch in the Homey app is ON. When i was looking for the solution i saw that my Google Home had also a few devices offline. Like 6 out of 180. When i open then i see that they are linked over “service” instead of Homey. See printscreen. I found out that those 6 are devices that i have removed before in the homey app but somehow still stick in the Google Home app. Trying to solve this i disconnected the link woth Homey and Google and all my devices are gone but only the 6 are still there. Via Google then can not be removed. Anyone have some ideas or tricks? Thank you!

The 6 are not a specific app. Its Vailliant but also other apps.

The last notification tells me you used an other Google account when adding those 6 devices.
The current account you use is not the owner, and therefore you cannot touch them.

You can switch accounts easily by tapping your avatar @ top right on the main screen in GHome

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your reaction. I allready tried this but its not working. Homey is deleted on all the 3 accounts that are in this “house”.
