Corrupted Backups

Here is one for you: Two different Homey pros, two different accounts. I am trying to restore account 1 for Home 1. The Homey cannot connect to the app or function with any backups on either device. Homey says it is online with a notification. I can see it’s linked to the router’s devices 2.4 GHZ. Will not connect to the app or function.

Account 2 backups work and connect just fine.

Ugh. I am taking a wiped Homey in the morning to see if it will connect. If it does, I will have to pair all my devices and rewrite all my flows.

I even loaded a hard drive file after a factory reset with no luck. None of the cloud backups or hard drive backups work on either device.

Any suggestions?
