Broadlink is coupled to GHome, with the “Budget TV box” device

Homey:
A virtual switch called “Arris SetTopBox” is used as a GHome Routine-starter;
Make sure you pick “Household” as Routine type

This routine pushes the virtual ‘ON’ button of the Broadlink IR remote.

For the OFF switch I made a similar routine.

In your particular case, you can also choose to use the Tuya cloud app tap-to-run method. A garagedoor opener is not directly supported by the app yet, but you can always make a request here.
