I think you might have to use another trigger than when the app has crashed, but see my example under as a proof of concept.
I have not reviewed the log, so I’m not sure of the reason. I have not had any restarts since before christmas.

My SG gateway is linekd as a bridge to homekit, but I cant add it. Do you have homekit hub as well ?
Hi! With the new SG smart gateway 3.0 there is matter and you will then get all your devices into homey. I had to renew all the devices into sg app after setting up the new gateway, but now it seems to work great together. Will finally be able to use flows with the sg components.
