Congratulation to be recordman with 80 Zigbee devices (25 routers) - how it’s working since you have reported it, did you add some more devices since then ? You were quite happy as per your report
it’s very simple: I migrated to homeassistant with a sonoff zigbee key. result? no more need for my 5 Ikea routers and no more dead appliances
Yes that’s acceptable, but the developer page and homeyscript says 180/190MB is free (available?) out of 1GB..

@Dijker, does it make sense to leave this thread open for further posts? The last two checks were made with an HP23, which was definitely not the purpose of this post.
