Chronograph: how do I create a new Stopwatch, Timer or Transition?

Hi,
I’m trying to start using Chronograph, but I can’t find where to create a new one to start using it.
On the page of the developer I can read what I can do with it and I can find several examples, but nowhere the instruction how to create a new Stopwatch, Timer or Transition.
I’ve looked at Variables, at the configuration of Chronograph, etc.
So please show me the way
It’s probably that simple, that I’m overlooking it

It’s created as soon as you give it a name, like in this Then-card.

It is mentioned though , but okay, it probably should be followed by “by entering a unique timer name”
