Can't add innr products

As far as I know, issues that were solved with recent INNR firmware updates related to the way power consumption was reported and whether the power measuring functionality keeps working after the plug was unplugged/lost power. Also refer to this post: INNR SP240 smart plug - #76 by SunBeech. I am not sure whether the firmware addresses the inability to pair devices to Homey.

Note that the above applies to the SP240 plugs. Not sure whether the same applies to the SP220 plugs. I checked whether there are firmware update files available in the INNR section on the Zigbee2MQTT firmware repository, but I do not see any references to the SP220 plug.

You are right: you’ll need the Bridge (INNR’s Zigbee hub) or a generic solution, like Zigbee2MQTT + a Zigbee-adapter, in order to update firmware of Zigbee devices. Unfortunately that is not possible via Homey. INNR, by the way, was in the process of enabling their Bridge to perform firmware updates for smart plugs. Not sure whether that functionality has actually been added by now. Most likely the Zigbee2MQTT path is your only real option if you want to update firmware. But again, I am not sure whether there actually is a firmware update for the SP220 plug.
