I’m locked out of my Homey account because my email address is not verified.
Verification emails are not arriving at all (checked spam, retried multiple times).
Because of this:
Google Assistant cannot connect
Homey shows it is not linked
I cannot log in to submit a support ticket
I already contacted Athom by email, but was told this is not the correct channel.
Could a moderator or Athom staff please escalate this to support so my email
verification can be manually verified or reset on the server side?
Google is a pain to connect with.
For me it works when I
disable the phone’s wifi, and enable 5G data connection.
open the Homey app (forcing Homey to connect to the cloud).
add Homey to Google home.
Sometimes you just need to repeat step 2 + 3 until it finally connects (this can be 10 times or more).
