I’m new to the Homey Community and have bought my first Homey Pro a couple of months ago. It worked just fine until a week ago, when it started to throw errors when I tried to view insight charts.
I have tried re-installing the apps, but to no avail. I also tried searching for it on the forum, but I have not found anything related to it, so I was hoping this post could perhaps help me further.
I’m not too tech savy yet, so there might certainly be something that I’m doing wrong. Do you guys know anything that could perhaps be the issue?
That action will remove the history of that specific Insight. The Insight is recreated again (with no historic data) when you restart the app and/or the device starts to provide new data again.
But again, reaching out to Homey Support might be the better option in this case.
