Bosh-Siemens issue with dreyer

I have a Siemens dryer with which I have a flow that indicates when a program starts and when that program ends. In this case, the energy consumed and its costs are calculated with this. That is not really relevant because the point is that the flow is not triggered by the cards “A program has started” and “a program has ended”
There is also no history to read back, so something is not going well there.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Bosch-Siemens app and restored the flows but without success.

My Siemens oven works just fine.

I hope this can be looked at because I can’t do anything with this dryer and accompanying cards.
