About the cause of the issue, can you check the insights graph of the Bosch Connect app?
Because when apps use
- over 80MB @ Pro201x
or - over 150MB (educated guess) @ Pro 2023
such an app gets ‘killed’ (paused) by Homey, without any warning whatsoever
