Bold smart lock doesnt work

Hello,

I use the Bold smartlock but after adding it to Homey Pro i can’t activate the lock. It says everytime “peripheral not found” if i press the activate button in the Homey app.

In the Bold app it says connected to Homey and i got the conformation that the setup was completed.

Does anyone know how i can fix this? Because with the Homey Pro you should be able to activate the lock remotely just the same if you buy the Bold Connect bridge, but now the Homey Pro is the bridge.

As there is no community topic for the app you should contact the app developer as instructed in the app’s store page.

No, it was not possible to solve it. According to Bold, the Bluetooth connection is too unstable after changes in the settings in the Homey. Because there is literally 1 wall between the Homey and the Bold smartlock and then the connection does not work.

I contacted Bold and got a 40% discount on the Bold Connect. With the Bold Connect it works flawlessly!
