I use the Bold smartlock but after adding it to Homey Pro i can’t activate the lock. It says everytime “peripheral not found” if i press the activate button in the Homey app.
In the Bold app it says connected to Homey and i got the conformation that the setup was completed.
Does anyone know how i can fix this? Because with the Homey Pro you should be able to activate the lock remotely just the same if you buy the Bold Connect bridge, but now the Homey Pro is the bridge.
As there is no community topic for the app you should contact the app developer as instructed in the app’s store page.

No, it was not possible to solve it. According to Bold, the Bluetooth connection is too unstable after changes in the settings in the Homey. Because there is literally 1 wall between the Homey and the Bold smartlock and then the connection does not work.
I contacted Bold and got a 40% discount on the Bold Connect. With the Bold Connect it works flawlessly!
Same here. For us, it doesn’t even work at 1.5-1.8m of clear distance. After some back and forth Bold did offer us a discount on the Connect, albeit smaller than the one mentioned above. As avoiding extra dongles was a major reason for us to opt for Bold and Homey in the first place (influenced by Homey’s own video on its flawless integration…), we decided not take it.
I understand your frustration and I had the same reason that I bought Bold at the time, it was indeed also because of the video from Homey where they recommended Bold and it worked without an extra bridge.
That turned out not to be true, I tested it and Bold only worked with Homey when the Homey was right next to the lock. Bold said that the Bluetooth signal of the Homey was too weak.
Strange that Bold knows this and that Homey still releases a video in which it says that Bold works with Homey without an extra bridge. 
In the best buy guide, Homey still recommends the Bold and that you can connect it to your Homey via Bluetooth and control it from the app.
I did take the Connect with a discount, because the Bold smartlock was already very expensive and I thought that 60 euros was worth it and I didn’t feel like looking for a new expensive lock, also because the lock works perfectly otherwise. With the Bold Connect I can now also have people open the lock remotely if my phone is empty, for example.
I heard from Bold yesterday that they are developing a keypad, that would be really cool.
