Combining the title and post: you are looking for a Bluetooth dongle for HSHS? That isn’t needed for ESPresence.
Like @robertklep already pointed out, for ESPresence you’ll need (to purchase) certain ESP23 boards (see link below), and you’ll need a running MQTT system, wich can consist of either this Homey app set:
- MQTT Hub + MQTT Client + MQTT Broker
or this app:
- MQTT Server
(The MQTT protocol communicates per (W)LAN, wich is already available @ HSHS)
