This morning I got a message from the backup service not being successful. After doing a manual backup, it came back with a z-wave response_timeout.
Have you received this error too since the last update? I haven’t done the PTP yet or a reboot for that matter.
Although that would be the first thing to try. It doesn’t sound like a backup issue, it sounds like a Z-Wave issue.
Kinda thought an update would go without a PTP, but I guess it won’t. Will try the PTP later and post my results here.
Normally that should. Have you created an issue and send logs to support?
Just uploaded it to Athom support.
Anyway, I just did a PTP and it’s working again. I hope Athom will get some usage from my diagnostic report.
