What I find debatable is that (Chinese) Athom will have picked their company name to benefit from (Dutch) Athom’s name. I don’t think that’s the case, it’s merely a coincidence. But since (Dutch) Athom trademarked their name and (Chinese) Athom didn’t, (Dutch) Athom can make a case.
