i went from 2019 pro to 2023 but i have trouble with my aqara zigbee units. i can barely get half of them to pair with homey. I have tried to repair at first then reset zigbee network an at last removed them from homey but still the same results .nothing happen when i try to pair them. I even put a new battery in one of them just to try that option also. Anyone who have had the same problem and found a solution i would be really grateful
I understand you didn’t perform a restore of a Pro 2019 backup on the new Pro?
no i did restored it from the newest backup (from today) from 2019
