Problem adding Aqara Opple to Homey Pro 2023

I recently changed from Homey Early 2019 to Homey Pro 2023. Everything works fine on my new homey except the Aqara Opple 4 buttons. I tried a lot:

  • Everything had recent software
  • First I tried to restore/repair after migration to new homey. I had errors
  • I tried to delete the Aqara opple device and all connecting flows
  • I retried to add the Aqara opple to homey but this message keep coming up (even with the advice of pressing a button while pairing):

So every time I get the error “can’t connect”.

The strange part of the story. When I click one of the buttons some lights turn off. No, it’s not connected to my homey pro! But it is doing something while it’s not in my network…

Can someone help with reconnecting it to Homey Pro?

Have you tried a factory reset of your Aqara device?

Please translate your screenshots to match the topic language, thx.
This is very easy with Google lens:

Now a word about this “instruction”:

If it’s a battery-powered device, press a button while pairing to keep it active.

That’s bull, and just plain wrong: that way, in fact, you are resetting and activating the device in an endless loop!

The correct way is:
While pairing, press the pair button briefly every 1 to 2 seconds to keep the device active

.

This is the “wonderful” ‘smart’ feature called grouping. Manufacturers don’t take in account people are using different brands @ one mesh, and might like to disable it all together;

There’s one fix: replace the zigbee devices of one of the two brands by devices which don’t listen/send to groups by themselves.
