Why think out loud instead of asking the app developer about the problem in the official Aqara topic?

Btw, the Aqara topic would have been the right place to post the problem anyway.
Unfortunately I recognized this topic too late. There were already too many posts and it wasn’t clear, at least for me, if the connection of the sensors were broken or if just a flow for the notification was missing. Therefore I didn’t moved this thread to the Aqara topic.
@Kay_Kretschmer, my suggestion is to discuss the problem with the app developer in the Aqara topic.
