Hello everyone,
Today, one of my two curtains suddenly stopped opening, after having worked flawlessly for years. The other curtain is still functioning normally.
What I’ve noticed is that for both curtains, the maintenance actions can no longer be started. When I try, the system indicates that it cannot start the maintenance action. However, during normal operation, there are no error messages shown for either curtain—except for the fact that one curtain no longer opens or closes.
This particular curtain also does not close when I pull it manually. It only starts beeping, whereas it should normally close automatically. The other curtain still behaves exactly as expected.
Could this indicate a defective motor? I do find it strange, though, that I can no longer run maintenance actions on both devices.
For context: I’m using the Aqara Curtain Driver, connected to a Homey Pro 2023.
