Hi everyone,
I’ve migrated from my Pro Mini to the Homey Pro with some success. The Aqara door sensors, buttons and relays went across with no issues, however the FP1E, Smoke Detector, E1 Thermostat and E1 Roller Shade have all failed.
I’ve tried a Repair and even removed the device and added it back, it initially says Device Being Added, but then says it’s taking too long and try pressing a button if it’s battery.
While most of them are the FP1E is mains powered, I do press the link button on the devices several times and went through the Fix/Pairing many times but it always says Unable To Connect. Other devices, Hue, Shelly, Unifi are all fine.
I’ve tried the obvious like rebooting, firmware checks, checking Zigbee/WiFi channels, even waiting for hours to see if it sorted itself out but no luck.
Any ideas guys? Would really appreciate some help.
