I have uploaded verion 3.0.7 to the test channel in the app store . Most noticable changes since 3.0.6 are:
v3.0.7 - 2020-xx-xx
- Fixed crash upon app start-up
If you want to use or test this version see this post for more details. Beware that from version 3.0.5 and above all HTTP callbacks will be removed and will rely on communication over CoAP. Itâs a lot more stable but itâs good to know there is no turning back from this point. You can find the entire changelog of the 3.x versions of the app in the linked post.
Hi @Phuturist it s working again
thanks
3.0.7 works again. Good job, thank you
It works perfectly! Thnx.
Hi @Phuturist i d a problem that a shelly 1 wasn t working anymore. So i deleted it and wanted to readd it but i get always an error: Diagnostic Report 04a517eb-52f3-4da8-940d-caf88fcc41b5
Also sometimes if i restart the app several Devices have a red triangle , after second reboot of the app it s ok again. May you can have a look. Thanks
So, back for a similar problem. Last time i added the shelly HT with now works great. Also have a Shelly flood device. So yesterday i added it to homey, but again nothing shows regarding temperature and so on. This time i did manually prompt the URL, which i thought would be similar to the shelly HT.
shelly HT Url: http://192.168.XX.XXX:80/api/app/cloud.shelly/report_status/shellyht/shellyht-XXXXXX/
so i change the Url for flood:
Shelly Flood: http://192.168.XX.XXX:80/api/app/cloud.shelly/report_status/shellyflood/shellyflood-XXXXXX/
But nothing shows. Iâm guessing that the url address might be incorrect. How can I find the correct Url-addess?
Last time I got the Url from a âfailâ-massage which appears when I tried the âbuttonsâ in my homey shelly HT app. But since the flood doesnât have a âbuttonâ alternativ in the app, I canât get the Url adress⊠Where can I find the correct Url so the Shelly flood can âtalkâ to my homey?
It says the Shelly is unreachable so it seems to be some sort on network issue (WiFi range, stability, firewall?).
Unfortunately, your app cloud.shelly (v3.0.7) has crashed.

Hi thats strange, i m in the same network. Shelly request via browser are working. Both are connected to the same accesspoint.
That seems about right. Are you sure you got the device identifier (the XXXXX) correct? You can find it under http://yourshellyip/status, itâs the hostname. Also be aware that the report URL does not send the battery percentage. This still depends on polling in version 1.25.6 of the app which is flaky at best for battery operated devices.
I also have some problems with adding several new shelly-plug-s - EHOSTUNREACH.
9 other shelly devices work fine, devices are reachable via browser, and have static ip in router settings.
The only difference that comes to mind - iâve have updated firmware on my unifi router, and maybe some new settings causing problems, any ideas how to debug this problem are welcomed.
I donât get the environment of these steps? Is it within the Shelly App or Homey?
See [APP] Shelly as an example flow.
Hi, is it possible to control options like the state after a power loss with this app ? Thanks.
No at the moment. The Shelly REST API allows for setting the default state of the device applied after power loss but that is a settings that is mostly only done during initial configuation of the device and I did not see the need to implement changing this in the Homey app. If this is what you want you can submit a feature request on Github and get more people to support this feature.
Hello Phuturist,
First of all congratulations for your work and your follow up of the application, I am very impressed.
This is my first post and be indulgent with my English language please (my native language is French).
I currently have in my electrical panel mounted on din rail, a dozen Shelly dimmer, 5 Shelly 2.5, 1 PM and 1 EM. I also have some Shelly S plugs, a Shelly 2.5 on a roller and some 1pm Shelly behind switches. I installed the Homey V5, the latest version of your Shelly app and I am very happy.
Currently I just acquired 2 Shelly bulb rgbw GU10. I managed (not without difficultyâŠ) to synchronize them with the {group} application.
I would now like to be able to start an «effect» as via the ip interface.
Is this possible via a card ?
I did not find this possibility but I saw that it was mentioned higher in the thread for the RGBW2.
Sorry for the length of my post but I thought it was normal to present my environment a little before asking a question.
Thanks in advance for your feedback
