Why is there a new app?
The original Shelly app (community topic) was inherit from another developer, which made an excellent app which serves more than 40k installations and 200k devices 
. While we did our best to extend the existing app with all new devices, it became clear that certain choices made in the past were limiting our options to resolve (new) issues and add new functionality. With this complete rewrite we have aligned the implementation with the latest recommendations from both Shelly and Homey, so we can offer a better and more stable experience to our users!
By publishing this as a completely new app we allows users to start with the new app without breaking their existing flows and installations, so they can safely migrate whenever they like. The old app will keep working as is, but bugs will no longer be fixed and new devices will no longer be added.

- Why aren’t all devices supported?
We are currently in early access with this new app, which means that we are still working on adding support for all Shelly devices. If you want to be notified when your device becomes support, just let us know using our support email address!
