I have a shelly 1pm gen4 + addon running in a different wifi network on another location but i want recive the data in my homey, is that posible?

Is there an estimated timeline when support for the 2PM Gen4 (Zigbee) in switch device profile will be added ?

Hi,

I recently got myself a few Shelly devices (smart plugs and 3EM-63W for three phase monitoring), and I have to say I’m pretty damn impressed with everything: products, app, configurability etc.

For the 3EM-63W devices, I have three of them, one of which is for my EV charger (since my EV charger isn’t smart/connected in itself). What I would love to be able to do with the 3EM-63W, which I can do with e.g. the Shelly smart plugs, is select what is connected, in this case an EV charger, for things to display a bit more nicely on the Energy tab in Homey.

To clarify with an example: if, for a Shelly smart plug, I select that an EV Charger is connected, the Energy tab looks like this (see red highlighting), which is pretty neat:

For the 3EM-63W, however, I’m unable to do this, and the charger (connected to the 3EM-63W) only shows up in the list below as any other device. Not the end of the world, but hey… we’re perferctionists, aren’t we? :slight_smile:

I am quite impressed. How did you create this screen layout with your Homey? I have never seen that.
Unfortunately I have no clue how to help you as I just have a temperature sensor and a few shelly relais.

I recently bought a Shelly RGBW PM device to switch my home ventillation speeds. Everything works fine through the shelly smart app on my phone, but when I try to import the device in Homey through this app I get the error: no suitable config found.(…) Device has hostname: shellyplusrgbwpm-

Is there some plan to have this incorporated already? Is there something I can do to help integrate this device? Many thanks for the feedback!

HomePro (2023) Shelly App 3.49.0 not working. The app is installed, all my devices are marked as offline and I cannot restart the app. There is an error saying “Not installed”. I reinstalled the app. When I try to add a new device. The Shelly app is not listed where to choose the brands.

Does anyone also have this problem?

Also, does your router use IPv6 for your local network? You might want to try and switch that off (use IPv4 only).

Hi everyone,

I’m confused about the capabilities of the Shelly 2PM Gen 4 in Zigbee mode (paired to Homey).

In Zigbee, I have no Power Monitoring (PM) and no Auto-Calibration for shutters, which both work fine in Wi-Fi mode.

Question 1: Are these limitations (especially the lack of PM) due to the current Shelly Zigbee firmware or the Homey integration?

Question 2: While the device is running in Zigbee mode, can I still access its local Web UI (via Wi-Fi/IP) to check for or apply firmware updates?

We seen quite some reports that version 3.49.1 is shown as not installed for some users. Please make sure to install version 3.49.2 from the store as that seems to fix the issue for the people that have responded to us already. Note that it is exactly the same as 3.49.1, it is just a rebuild with an incremented version number, making a file corruption of some sort the most likely culprit.

I still can’t install the app. I click on the “install” button, the message “App will be installed shortly” appears, but it doesn’t show up under “Apps.”

All shelly devices were not contactable and had a red triangle, but I have some in the Homey bridge and they work there.

With my homey 2019 software 12.6.1 and shelly 3.49.2. All connections are broken. Red triangle. This is since like two weeks. After restart the shelly app it works for 1 or 2 days.

Homey Pro 2023 12.7.0, Shelly 3.49.2. All Shelly units is unavailable. Shelly app not restartable, it says “not installed”. Install Shelly app without uninstall it first make app disappear. Install Shelly app again make app appear again sometimes, but Shelly units is still unavailable. Have not tried uninstall app when its available because I dont want to lose all units. Tried restart Homey both soft and pull power plug but it dont solved it.
