Hi, yes it is down again, and we are restarting the services. It should be up and running again in about 1 hour.

Seems it’s down again,

When running flows i get Token refresh failed.

Removed the unit and tries to add it again.

Say -
New unit found. chose the units you want to add

Yeah! Mine is not working either.

I got the same error as Lennie. I attempted to repair the connection in homey (instead of removing and adding it back again), but it doesn’t reconnect.

I created diagnostic logs and got the following id:

Weird, it worked for me until I restart the app - but it’s true that some of my “check” flows reported problems during day as well

Let’s hope we get some feedback latest tomorrow… seeing API docs, nothing has changed, so hopefully it’s temporary problem only.

@Patrick_Hendrickx , just by any chance, can someone check the rate limit issue please ?

We found the issue and fixed it. The issue was linked to the refresh token failures. It all xorks again now.

Hi all,

Raychem is going to perform a server maintenance on Monday 15th of December and again on Tuesday the 16th of December.

This maintenance will have major impact on the Homey SENZ-WIFI app, but after the maintenance, the majority of the server issues that we have experienced in the past couple of months should be resolved.

So please be patient, and everything should be working again on Wednesday the 17th of December.

Any update regarding the server maintenance? I´m trying to reconnect but it does not work.

Generally, connection was working yesterday - but repair did not work. When trying to repair - 500 Internal Server Error

I am working with the RAYCHEM IT team to see if something is wrong on our side. I will come back asap with an answer.

repair worked for me now, and after repair, connection is back online

The IT team at Raychem has found the issue and has released a patch, it is indeed solved now. And as the server upgrade is finished, we are expecting a way more stable system coming forward. Thank you all for the patience and all warnings when we had issues. This has been helpful to get things resolved.
