Can you repeat your actions/flows, and immediately send me a diagnostic report right after?
When I change the mode of my device (1 device), it works fine here.
How fast do you trigger all the mode changes? Is it possible your do it right after each other, and then hit the rate limits? Do you see a red exclamation mark after?

I have received some information from other integrators and I have asked our team to look at it, and it seems that the refresh tokens were not resetting the original token expiration date which was set to 30 days. This might explain the need to re-authorize the app every month or so.
I have now changed the refresh toke date to sliding refresh token (meaning that with the consumption of a token, the new refresh token gets a validity date of 30 days again).
I think this should resolve almost all Authorization issues we have seen in the past on this app.
I don’t think you need to do anything, but this will greatly improve the experience of your app.
I have recreated account and reactivated long and tried all but I cannot get them in homey any more.
They work in Senz own app but not in homey?
What can be wrong??
Ps. I had a major outage this morning but it is only Senz that will not work!!
