Try removing the sensor from homey and adding it again. Worked for me in the passed

The other day I suddenly didn’t see any updates anymore: there was nothing present in that overview.
A Homey soft restart solved it.
I have restart the homey and removed the software en installed it.
Now it works

For me it does. Last sensor update 22 minutes ago and upgraded yesterday
Thank you, interesting - they were not updating for past 5 or 6 days. Now I checked again after installing 7.3 final (uptime 10 days) and… it’s working now. So maybe it was just coincidence.
Is the hhcc max version also supported?
Some questions: I’ve bougth over Homey the original Xiaomi MI Flower Plant and got the HHCC stuff - this doens’t pair with Homey … I already have one HHCC Sensor - which only pairs to the APP HHCC but not to Homey.
Any help apreciated!

They say they sell the hhcc like I have, but they ship the hhcc max?
Then you should be allowed return them and ask for a refund.
This should be the correct model.
Make sure to select the green(ish) ones, the other colors aren’t smart (blinking led only) , or Tuya
Yes - this was exactly the store and they dedliverd
I simply unplugged the battery, next to Homey and tried to connect - no devices found. But Homey can detect the Bluetooth beacon …
WORKS! Attached to the APP - made a software update, disconnected it from the app - than Homey found it finally.

I don’t know where I have bought mine but they are white. The same model as the green (short) ones. The white ones I have I did a firmware update and they are working with Homey. I have 1 green one and that one has also an older firmware as the white ones. 3.3.1 vs 3.3.5.
These white ones are smart.
(If the linked shop was xiaomiproducts.nl before I have bought them over there.)

I’ve ordered one, but I cannot promise that it is supported soon. I’ll have to invest time to discover if the BLE connectivity works the same.

it is the max version indeed. It is a big device 
hopefully you plant is large enough to cover it up.
It is nice that it is rechargable, maybe it al,so has greater range?
