I have just filed a diagnostic report,

I am not able to add my Skoda Enyaq. After I put in my credentials it just returns an error message. I have also logged in and out of the MySkoda app to no avail.

@martijnpoppen first of all many thanks for troubleshooting this!

Login does unfortunately not work. When I try to login I get an “Session expired, Please try again” message. First time I tried to login however this message was returned,

@martijnpoppen yes, I am using the latest iOS version (6.2.1).

Strange though - the app works on my phone, and when I try to edit my profile in the app (email, phone etc) it sends me to https://skodaid.vwgroup.io/account where I do mange to login and out.

How about deleting my account and try to establish a fresh one?

Hi,

Maybe I am stupid but i can’t control anything to my Skoda enyaq 80. User/pass is correct and I can read all information. But i can’t lock/unlock my doors, can’t use climate control. I am missing something?
