Hi @Rene_Sulman ,
Thank you. I will happily integrate the shutters if you share your Velux account with me. Could you send me a PM?
Best,
Peter

Hi @Peter_Jensen1. I have some solar outside shutters too and would love to use them with my homey. If you still need some data to help, just send me a message. I am happy to buy you a coffee if you have any page to support your work!
Hi @homeyhome Working on it. Stay tuned.
Shutters are now in test. Let me know if they work as expected, and thanks a lot to @Rene_Sulman for helping along the way.
Velux allows to open the windows in Google Home (Assistant) with a private PIN-code that can be generated from the Velux Active app. Could it be possible te integrate this PIN-code in the Velux Homey app? Maybe a stupid idea
Hi @Rene_Sulman , thank you for pointing this out. I played around with it, but can’t find a way to transfer the logic around the pin to our app.
I recently bought and mounted a motor on a window myself and just received a KLF 050 that, together with a Shelly device, will let me open the window. I will share more when I have it set up and see if I can find a way to integrate it into the app.
If anybody has time for it, a good next step would be to reach out to Velux and tell them that we have 100+ users who would like to open our windows. Please add me to the conversation if they are willing to help
Thanks for your great work. It works perfect withe my shutters.
Velux support from UK says: „The Active app cannot be linked into Homey Pro as it can cause conflicts and security risks for opening and closing the windows.“
It would be great if they would let us access that security risk ourselves
I noticed that I was missing the “Status Indicator” to view the current position for the Velux products in the webapp. Is it possible to implement this or is it very complicated?
Thanks in advance
Rene
Hi @Rene_Sulman, if you go to settings for the device in the app, you can pick the status indicator “position.”
Oh sorry in the smartphone app this works that’s for sure. In my case it doesn’t in the homey webinterface. The status indicator option is grayed out
Ahh, you are right. Let me see what I can do.
