Looking at the devices youâve reported as not working, I can safely say itâs not a generic problem; otherwise, I would be flooded with tickets.
Since other Zigbee brands work, I suggest restoring a backup. If you havenât subscribed to the backup service, I recommend getting it. After subscribing, perform a backup, then reset Homey and do a restore. This process will reset the Zigbee chip, but all devices and flows will work as they used to.

Hey, sorry to repeat my post, but I bought a LCD temperature and humidity sensor from aliexpress, it wasnât supported by this app, did a CLI install and added the name to the drive in the file, installed the app, connected the zigbee device, but now the app is not showing the Humidity or the Temperature⌠Itâs a line with âLast value unknownâ. Anyone knows how to solve this issue? Itâs connected for 2 weeks now and nothing.

Iâve just added my PIR device that was listed a while ago as âaddedâ. Although the device is recognised and installed without errors, it does not seem to detect any movement, or transmit other data like battery level etc.

They are brand new, and itâs for 2 devices. both donât show any data.

Both, battery came out of the box and tried a new one. No change.
Yes, I do have ideas. Apparently there are multiple different devices that report that same ManufacturerName/ProductID. We and others are working on that. I have exactly the same problem. I did a reset then restored the backup, it worked for 30 minutes. I deleted a device for a test and tried to add it, homey tells me itâs now an âunknown deviceâ. It used to be a socket that measured current

Anyone using one of these 4 gang scene controllers ? I am having the issue that any button press (1x, 2x or Hold/Release) gets registered twice which runs the coresponding Flow twice.

I have _TZ3000_wkai4ga5 and I have same issue as you, each button press is registered twice.

Must be something with the driver. I added it to the Hubitat hub I have and it works fine there. Hopefully this will eventually get fixed.
You need to change the setting of the device from a switch to a push button function. Canât be done through homey unfortunately, only through the Tuya gateway you will need to get/use/lend
a lot of things can be done through the Tuya Zigbee Gateway, but unfortunately not a lot from Homey.
Also backlight mode can be used from the Tuya Gateway, but again, not from Homey,
Being a âcommunity appâ it depends on the developers to get things implemented.
I have 6 temperature and humidity sensors of type * _TZ3000_bjawzodf / TY0201 (Test version only)
With the test version I am only able to connect 1 of them. The other 5 wont connect. After alot of troubleshooting I wasnt even able to reconnect the first one.
I have downloaded the most recent version of the app through github and installed it on my homey. I was able to reconnect 1 device (not sure if it is the same as the previous working one). But the other 5 still wont connect. I see them in my developer tools zigbee network, however that is shortlived.
I tried various things like:
-relocate my homey
-hold the device close to my homey
-removed any routers that the device was trying to connect through.
-reboot my zigbee network
-reboot my homey
-restart the app
-remove all batteries from the other sensors and try again one by one
-removing the batteries from the one that succesfully connected
-checked the developer tools to see if there are any networking conflicts
-try to add the device next to a zigbee repeater
Does anybody have an idea on what to do next? Did I miss any steps? Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot?
EDIT: with all the troubleshooting I accidently reset my zigbee network. reconnected all my previous devices and still they wont connect. I am running out of ideas here

Did you try to check if ur manufacture name is included in the drive? It itâs not, jut add and install via CLI. There is a guide i nthis forum somewhere
Yes I did, I checked the manufacturer and model ID
manufacturer is _TZ3000_bjawzodf and model ID is TY0201
I double checked it in the device files. I even edited a device file description to be sure I picked the correct 'LCD Temperature & humidity sensor" because there are several in the Tuya Zigbee configuration.
EDIT: I see the details in the zigbee developer tools section. However I am unable to interview the device because it wont stay connected to my zigbee network While adding the device it just fails to get added and then disconnects again
