Hm, I’m away from my Homey for a week… will try if I can find it without being able to test, but otherwise it will be end of next weekend.
No hurry at all. Enjoy!
Tomorrow went well in the flow card!
What happens if you use the “ANY” type, does it work then? So “ANY” will be collected tomorrow?
No, more like this:
In Dutch you will get “Iets wordt morgen opgehaald”… And then you can use the global tag “Collected today” (I think it is called “Vandaag opgehaald”) in your text output.
Nonetheless, I will try to find out why the type is not working (Plastic, GFT etc.). But just wondering if the “iets” will work, because then it’s not a data thing, but actually a flow card logic thing.
Any will be collected Day after tomorrow works. But that ‘Any’ should be Plastic.
Thanks for your help by the way
Rogier
Does it now also says that Textiel, Kerstboom, Grof afval and Glas will be collected tomorrow? (Because these are all blue?)
Thanks @Rogier_Verheugen! Found the issue due to you including all flow cards ![]()
Will publish a new test version!
Yes. Also strange to me. I never have ‘Textiel’, ‘Kertsboom’, ‘Glas’ and ‘Grof vuil’ being collected in my street. Maybe in an other part of my town but not in my street.

Hello,
Strangely enough, the app worked partially last week when the paper was collected. Tomorrow the gray container will be collected but it does not recognize it. Also when I adjust the flow after something it says that the flow card is false.
Just released 5.0.3, with a fix for the issue.
Since last week (i don’t have an exact moment) i got no triggers anymore and also the widget is empty.
The Debug information shows the dates, but are they in the right format? Did they maybe change their API? (Afvalstoffendienst Den Bosch)
They are indeed not in the right format. Are you on the test version of the app? And if so, can you test with the just released version 5.0.4?
If you are not on the latest test version, you can try it out here: Trashcan Reminder 2.0 | Homey and see if that solves your issue, just released a possible fix ![]()
I’m on the test version so the automatic update to 5.0.4 fixed the issue! Thanks a lot!
Colors can be set in the settings but do not change in the widget. Restartet the Trashcan app without result.
I also managed to use the bulky category to show “no pick-up”, as garbage is not emptied every 8 weeks. Thanks for the opportunity for more flexibility and configuration!
Works excellent outside of the intended area if garbage picked up regularly.
Thanks, I found the issue. It will probably work when you set the “Display Settings” under setting of the widget to “Icons and colors: trash provider (if possible), naming: settings”. But I will try to publish a new version with a permanent fix somewhere this weekend.
This should be fixed in version 5.0.5 ![]()
Tried it, tried all the different settings of the widget, tried restarting your app and tried restarting the homey app. No luck so far. Settings are correct for my colors but wrong in the widget still.
