Hi everyone,
today I am presenting my first app: ThermoPro BLE.

:rotating_light: :warning: Use at own risk! :warning: :rotating_light:

This app provides drivers for BLE Thermometers/Hygrometers from the brand ThermoPro.

Supported devices:

  • TP350
  • TP357
  • TP358
  • TP359
  • TP393

In case of problems: The app provides a debug feature in the settings. Enable it beforehand, then try to reproduce the problem. Afterwards send a app report. Don’t forget to disable debug afterwards to not spam your logs. :wink:

Hi Florian, thanks for the great app, exactly what I needed. Sadly I have a small problem. I own a TP357 and three TP357S (don’t know the difference but maybe it’s important). Homey sees all four and they are added without an issue, however the data presented is the same on every device in Homey. It’s probably the last change that is sent to all the devices in Homey. Don’t know if I’ve done something wrong? Hope you can help. Let me know, thanks!

Hi, I will check. Maybe there is a bug in my code that leads to this.

I pushed a new version to test:

I made a change to the data management internally. I also added a migration so that it should not be needed to re-pair the devices. If it does not work for you I think you need to re-add the devices unfortunately. Tell me if the fix worked for you.

Great work! That fixed the problem. I now have all different readings on each device.

Are these the only models tested? Can it be that for example TP351 also works?

I am currently building a new app which will include the tempPro sensors. It seems they all speak in the same way via BLE so there is no need to restrict to a certain model in that product range. I will announce here as soon as the app is ready to test.

I have done a massive rework of the app structure and the support for BLE devices. Thats why I rebranded the Thermopro App to BLE Climate Sensors. For the existing installations nothing should change as the driver for ThermoPro devices remains compatible to older installations.
