[APP][Pro] Telldus Live NEW DEVELOPER NEEDED :-)

PERFECT!

I removed the app and then reinstalled with the new “test” version, it works perfect!!
Really a big thanks for this fix!

One other thing. When i install Telldus Live app in Homey and give the 4 tokens it says “Invalid keys”, when it happens i have to quit the installation and try again, and then it works.
Tried 3 times, and this happens everytime that i have to do a second try.
Not a big deal, but maybe good to know for future updates.

Try using https://developer.athom.com/tools/pair for pairing, instead of the mobile app.

It’s a bit easier to pair, and copy & paste the keys from the browser, and not the mobile phone.

I have the same problem as Niclas_K where the switches doesn’t show up when I search for new devices. Only 3 out of 10 shows up.
I checked the deviceType on every device and the 3 devices that i find has lowercase “aaaa” in the deviceType while the ones I don’t find has uppercase “AAAA”. Could this be the problem?
Or is there devices that are not supported maybe?

Yes I have version 1.0.1

For switches the following device type supported is 00000010-0001-1000-2005-ACCA54000000.

And for sensors: 0000000D-0001-1000-2005-ACCA54000000.

What are the device types for the devices that you are missing?

The deviceType on my missing switches are ”0000000-0001-1000-2005-ACCA54000000”

So the first section is wrong…

Is it possible to fix this?

That is a Unknown/other device:

So the problem is in the Telldus Net!
I’l try and see if I can get that to change to a switch then.

Got it working by changing the type of switch to an older model on the Telldus Live webpage and then back again.
I think that all the devices that didn’t work was paired in the Telldus IOS app but I will test if that’s the case tomorrow.

My problem:
I’ve successfully installed the Telldus Live app (with tokens and stuff) in Homey.
Now I’m about to search for the Thermo-/hygrometer (transmitter).
I choose Telldus Live -> Telldus Sensor -> Connect --> …
In the flash of an eye it states “No new units were found”. Only option is Close.

What is wrong? Please help me :slight_smile:

Can you log in to http://api.telldus.com/ and go to http://api.telldus.com/explore/sensors/list ?

And see if you find the sensor?

If it’s a device, you should find it in this list: http://api.telldus.com/explore/devices/list

I can’t see any information about any devices or sensors, the lists are empty (nothing connected?).
I can insert data into boxes with labels like “Set to 1 to include ignored sensors” (four different boxes). I tried setting values to 1 in all boxes for sensors and when entering send to JSON it returns “sensor”:

I have installed Telldus Live in my homey and i tried too install ( bulbs , sensors and switch) but i get message from homey « Failed to retrieve devices.«
can anywone help me?

Hello! Just ordered my first Homey Pro. Question - I have 3 Telldus Lite v2 in my cabin, all on the same network, to get coverage over the whole area.
Could I connect them all to Homey Pro with your app?

Lights, switches and sensors are supported.

Installed the Telldus Local option with no problems. IP and token accepted. But when trying to add sensors and switches i get the response “Failed to retrieve devices/sensors”.
same response for all kind of units.
Hoping for some assistance…
