I don’t think Athom will accept this app, as there’s already an official Tado app.
Unfortunately I’ve replaced my good old Homey by a new 2023 Homey Pro and am also no longer able to install the tadoZones app because HCS doesn’t exist anymore.
Would you be open to share the source code @Martin_Verbeek in order to perform a cli install?

That is also not true (anymore). There’s several apps for similar things or brands, like Home Assistant, LG, Samsung TV, you get the idea.

Version in App-store now
That is some great news Martin. Installing it right away (i lost the app due to restoring a backup a while ago).
Couldn’t find it yet by searching for tado / tadozones / tado zones, but by searching for your name it showed in your apps listing

Is this version identical to the version previously available via the community app store?
And does this mean that future updates will be pushed (solely) to the official app store? Should we (existing users) change to this newer version? I guess this would entail the creation of new devices (losing continuity of Insights) and consequently restructuring existing flows. Or can we simply update to this version?

Misschien een domme vraag, maar kan deze app naast de officiële Tado-app draaien?
Nou, beter even checken dan ongewild ‘er overheen’ installeren, toch. Maar deze tadoZones app komt naast de Athom tado app te draaien.
Je kan prima zonder de officiële Tado app van Athom.
Is niets officiëels aan trouwens, die app is enkel door/voor Athom gebouwd, tado was er niet bij. Zo zie ik het tenminste.
Athom mag waarschijnlijk o.a. geen geofence in bouwen in de app want dan loopt waarschijnlijk tado abonnementskosten mis.
Dus ik vermoed dat daar wel degelijk wel samenspraak er over is geweest.
Ik krijg in de log van tadoZones foutmeldingen. Kan niet de hele regel kopieren. Wel een diagnostics aangemaakt. Ik zie ook geen gegevens in warmtevraag. Is voor de radiatoren wel logisch op dit moment, maar zie ook niets gebeuren als er warmwater getapt wordt.

Mwoah, dat is best wel tegenovergesteld aan iets “een officiële app” noemen (door Athom), als tado e.e.a. zelfs heeft verboden cq. lastig heeft gemaakt, i.p.v. zelf de app te (laten) bouwen en onder de naam “tado°” in de appstore te publiceren → dat zie ik als een “officiële app”.
Maar ze hebben o.a. de geo en verwarmingscapaciteit niet onmogelijk gemaakt in de API, anders kan Martin het ook niet in zijn app gebruiken toch?
