@schimanski there’s nothing in the logs that show that you tried a login please try that and then send a diagnostic report

@schimanski looks like a issue with the password. I can’t see that but special characters most of the time give a issue
Does the app require a Synology admin account? When I log in as myself (admin) it works but when I use a dedicated non-admin user it fails. The user has access to DSM.

Currently not.
Today I get messages that my Synology devices go offline and then back online. It happens multiple times (+/- 15 times) today already. The Synology systems are continues online in the netwerk and can be approached by my phone & laptop. So there is no issues with the Synology devices, but in Homey the devices go offline (and then automatically again online).

there are multiple drives, but only the system drive is visible.
