[APP][Pro] Sure Petcare App - (Sureflap Pet Door/Sureflap Cat Flap)

This is a bug. I have solved that in the latest test release.

I installed the app again, but without succes. It reports version number 2.0.8. According to the change log, there is a version 2.0.9, but I did not get that by re-installing the app. Is there a solition to this?

Thanks for today’s update. The app takes up 154MB of Homey’s RAM, which is four times as much as the other apps. Why is that?

Thank you. Sadly, the app still produces an error message. When I start by adding a device, the app asks me to select one of 3 options. I select Sureflap Katten Flap Connect. Next, I see a screen that has a blue Install button. After klicking thay the login request screen asks for my Sure Petcare (I presume) credentials. When I supply these and click the Log in button, the error message appears. It says “Request failed with status code 401”.
I hope you have a solution for this.

when I have gotten a 401 error from that app (which is often).
I am either lucky and only need to restart the homey Sure Petcare app
or
worse case I change my account password.
try the restart first, if that doesn’t work try changing your account password

Stopped getting updates on 17th of february. Anybody else having issues?

Hello, yesterday I started getting some errors and problems with my cat door. When I go into the app settings, I get the error in the picture. Is anyone else having this problem and have a solution?

I have the same.

But except for the error message everything is working fine. I can control the cat flap via the sure petcare app and via the homey app.

When I try to control the catdoor via Homey, I get “Request failed with status code 401”.

I can control it via the Sure Petcare app perfectly fine. Maybe it has something to do with the hub update?
