This is a bug. I have solved that in the latest test release.
Thank you, Koktail,
I installed the app again, but without succes. It reports version number 2.0.8. According to the change log, there is a version 2.0.9, but I did not get that by re-installing the app. Is there a solition to this?
Kind regards

It was in test, I released it to production right now: Sure Petcare App voor Homey | Homey
Thanks for todayâs update. The app takes up 154MB of Homeyâs RAM, which is four times as much as the other apps. Why is that?
You are right. Same here. 154MB
Your picture shows Storage, not RAM
Sorry, of course youâre right.
Thank you. Sadly, the app still produces an error message. When I start by adding a device, the app asks me to select one of 3 options. I select Sureflap Katten Flap Connect. Next, I see a screen that has a blue Install button. After klicking thay the login request screen asks for my Sure Petcare (I presume) credentials. When I supply these and click the Log in button, the error message appears. It says âRequest failed with status code 401â.
I hope you have a solution for this.
when I have gotten a 401 error from that app (which is often).
I am either lucky and only need to restart the homey Sure Petcare app
or
worse case I change my account password.
try the restart first, if that doesnât work try changing your account password
Could you share your flows and homey script. I could not make this work ![]()
Same here now
cat got locked out since monitoring the battery didnât report ![]()

Thanks. I made it work!! ![]()
I have the same.
But except for the error message everything is working fine. I can control the cat flap via the sure petcare app and via the homey app.
