Mine sure petcare app is currently on 4.1.14 (since 3 februari). What is yours.

My version is also 4.1.14. However, as previously mentioned, the mobile application is working correctly. I suspect the issue may be related to a recent hub update, which is preventing Homey from connecting. Could it be that you havenât received the hub update yet, and that is why you are not experiencing this problem?
Okay, so not the same version. The question is, which one is newest? I canât find any information on which firmware is the newest. Maybe itâs different firmware because we live in different countries; who knows. @Koktail can look at this problem; maybe itâs something in the app?
Same issue here unfortunately. Cat flap version 335.422 and hub version 239.400. Since the latest update no events are being triggered in Homey anymore.

I also have the same issue where I cannot control the catflap from Homey after the latest update. Is a fix being worked on? Hope this isnt due some api being now closedâŚ

I think there were issues like this in the past but was fixed every time. I guess as long as there is an api it can be made to work. Maybe DM the developer of this app?

A community developer made a integration with the API of your products. Since last week you updated the firmware of your products. The API does not work anymore like before. The app was incompatible with the latest Homey firmware. I simplified the app settings so everyone can use the app again. (currently on test v2.0.10)

Weird I updated to the test version and logged out and back in but same error. Even reset my password but still doesnt work. Any ideas?
EDIT: nm I reinstalled it and again reset the pw and now it works! Thank you so much for your great work on this!

In the app, it says battery okay but the SurePet feeder says itâs low and you can hear it need replacement. Seems like the battery function is not working anymore.

Hi,
The triggercard âLock mode has been changedâ is not working for me using the cat flap. The app and flows for the rest of the app are working fine, but a flow like: If lock mode has changed, and the lock mode is open, than send me a notification is not working.
Other trigger cards like, when cat came inside, are working fine.
Is this a known problem? Do you need a specific log file?
