Is that list from the web app?
It seems very short.
Is that list from the web app?
It seems very short.
Yes, is the web app. The list is very short. I had restarted the app, but now it crached and restart again.
So, that would explain why the capability goes missing as the camera is not reporting that it supports that service.
I think I will need to abandon that feature if it’s not reliable and either just show everything or make it configurable in the settings.
Oké, what do I have to do know? Do you see an possibility to get it work?
I will take a look this evening.
Thank you very much Adrian.
Hi Adrian,
Person detection is disappeared from all the cameras except one. See below the types as you requested.
Here is the snapshot from the web where person detection is missing
Snapshot from the camera where person detection is still there
I have published a new test version where the capabilities are manually hidden in the device settings rather than trying to detected what is supported by the cameras.
Thank you Adrian, I Will try it and keep you informed.
I tested the testversion, and it lokes good. But after 15 minutes the app craches and start over again. That was also the case by the stabel version. Maybee I have to install the app and the camera’s again.
I started all over again and for now it workes fine. I keep you informed.
I hope exisiting app on the store is the testing app, if I am wrong please guide how to get test app.
I also reinstalled the app and it stays. I will keep monitoring and let you know. Thanks for your help Adrian.
To get the test version, locate the app in the store and then add test to the end of the url.
You can install it over the existing release version and it will keep your devices and Flows.
Hi Adrian, the test version works still fine. I hope it stays that way. ![]()
Hi @Adrian_Rockall I also have the same error when trying to add a PTZ Card
”ONVIF SOAP Fault “SOAP-ENV:Sender”:”
Could you send the Diagnostics Log from the app settings page.
Change the option to Detailed information and then try to add the camera. Once it has failed, go back to the log and Send it.
The first try if through an advanced flow and it does not work.
The second try if from the device tile and it works.

I see that the preset number are 3 digits. Here are all the presets working when doing it from the tile of the device and not from an advanced flow.
