Me too, have double notifications triggered on Reolink RLC-510WA.
Even if specified only ‘person detection’ trigger.
Had for quite some time(not before).
Thought you could have a look?

Hi all,
I have the app working for my Reolink RLC-830A. My Reolink app has a button that I can press to switch the Spotlight on and off. I was wondering, is it possible to create a flow to achieve that same thing: switching the spotlight on/off? What settings would I have to specify and where?
Sorry, that’s not currently supported.
Is there anyone who has motion detection enabled and working. I did already a lot of research but can’t get the trigger working in Homey.
Thanks for any help
I have it working on 3 different camera models here. As there are a few thousand users of the app, I guess there must be others as well ![]()
Can you open the app settings page and select the Diagnostic log tab. Then change the Log level to Detailed Information. Trigger motion on the camera and then send the log.
Hopefully it will come through, although my email server is under attack at the moment and I’m getting hundreds of messages per minute for failed login attempts. ![]()
Adrian,
I sent you the log just a few minutes ago, I hope it comes trough.
Thanks in advance.
Br,
Marc
I have a log but it’s pretty empty. I presume you did change the setting to Detailed Information?
Have you turned on motion detection in the device?
In dutch this page says “Montion Detected” so I thought this went to green the moment motion was detected. Not sure where to change the translation in dutch but it would be beter to name it “Schakel bewegingsdetectie in”
I will change the Dutch text.
The English used to be “Motion Detection” which also confused users, so I changed that but forgot to update the other languages.
The new log shows it is enabling pull requests, but I’m not seeing any triggers coming back. Did you move about in front of the camera while logging data?
Yep I moved arround during logging.
Alarmlog from camera says:
Humanbody detected 11:40:34
Motion detected11:40:36
Humanbody detected 11:40:41
Motion detected11:40:42
Humanbody detected 11:40:47
Motion detected11:40:48
IP-address of this camera is: 192.168.1.33
What is the default listening port for the push server?
Is this the port where the triggers should comeback?
I scanned the ports on the camera
I have found several reachable ports with command nmap -p-
with the following services which one should I fill in in the listening port
http
https
rtsp
http-alt
jamlink
trivnet1
unknown
Any ideas/suggestions
Hello Adrian
Here are two more cameras for your list that are supported by your app:
Reolink RLC-823A 16X
Reolink Track Mix Wifi
All functions of the camera are taken over in Homey, except the camera time, which surprises me. Because the movement triggering time including date is indicated.
If you need more information, just get in touch.
Hello, great app!
Im having some issues. Im using a Tapo c310 camera, do you know if anyone have had any luck getting snapshots into the app? Currently it’s detecting motion and giving me notifications about that. The camera uses ONVIF S, so I think it should be possible to get snapshots, but I’m running into issues.
The URL I use is: http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:2020/onvif/device_service (The app didn’t get any URL from the camera, but found this on a guide for link to use with ispy)
Channel: -1, ive tried to change this so several other things but no luck
The movement date uses Homey’s time but it’s strange that the camera time is not showing. Maybe you could open the app settings page and select the Diagnostic log tab, then set the log level to Detailed Information. Then restart the app and once it has finished starting up, go to the app setting page and send the log.
I have never found a way to get an image from my Tapo camera, so I don’t think that’s possible.
Hello Adrian
I just sent you the log files.
Thank you for your efforts.
And one more thing, the app is great

I tried to add a Reolink doorbell camera, but I keep getting ECONNREFUSED error after adding the camera.
In the settings I activated RTSP and ONVIF @ port 8000.
When searching for a device the camera is immediately visible.
After entering the right login, password and port (8000) I can just connect, and it is adding the device in Homey.
But after that I just cannot load any image or status details. As soon as I open the details of the device I receive the ECONNREFUSED- error.
When opening the LOG file I see multiple errors, but all with the same reason: connect ECONNREFUSED.
What can I change to fix this issue?
Make sure http is enabled.
Did you find out something?
Hi Adrian,
Reolink Duo 2 Wifi, working and connected through your app. I want to switch on the garden lights when de camera detects movement. So far, the “Motion was detected” triggers multiple times upon each movement.
See settings below. What am I doing wrong?
