Hello Kim,when i will added then i see 2 inverters and different names. but when i do only one then are the same values from the first i dont mind which one i added. i think when you have more inverters that the api de values send after the first one maybe you have something on this information
Hi Kim,
thank you for all the effort making this app, much appreciated!
Will send you a couple of beers!
@AHU What a boss! TY.
I find it difficult to find an adress to send to, can you help me?
send a support reuest to enable your Api acces
After that you can get/genereate your API key in de cloud monitoring
Selected the one off your country
Hello, I have a question about battery compatibility. Is it possible to manage the charging and discharging of a home battery, connected with a solis inverter, using flows with your app?
I would for example like to charge the battery from the grid at times when electricity is cheap, and put it back on the grid at times when electricity is expensive (using the Power by the Hour app).
Curious to know, are you considering Zonneplan or Sessy?
As a brand for the battery? None of those two, I’m currently considering LV5120-W1 LV from FEB.
Your question made me realise I’m perhaps badly informed.
I was under the impression that any battery could be used in the way that I intended and that this would be managed via the inverter.
But seeing your question I guess i’d need a special type of ‘smart’ battery for that?
I am not so known with the solution, but got the impression (after listening to groene nerds podcast) that these batteries have the intelligence and Zonneplan with Powerplay will also AI driven trade on the “onbalans” market. The prices per quarter varying way more than the dynamic hour prices.
I see, that would make the investment way more interesting. Unfortunately Zonneplan is not (yet) active in Belgium… So many parameters to take into account before considering buying a home battery!
I have the same demand, Axel87. Via this app and API key I managed to link the solis inverter to Homey. But as the solarpanels are not connected to this inverter, not much data is collected and shown. For the batteries other parameters would probably be needed to be displayed in the App.
I as can tell from their api documentation, controlling is not an option.
I have a Sonnen Batterie myself, with this it is possible to pause and charge battery from net.
Is it possible to add the cart to turn off the inverter so I can set it to do so at negative prices? In the app and on soliscloud, this function is available. I don’t know if the API provide this function too.
Somewhat of an edge case, but is it limited to fetching a maximum of 10 inverters?
I’m not able to add the inverters at my home as I have more than 10 linked to my account.
Pushed new version for store verification.
Now supports up to 30 inverters! HOLY
Please donoate if you find the app useful.
Hi @Eastmaster
I was pretty sure that I did respond to this.
I am not able to find any endpoint in the documentation for this. I do not own this inverter myself and I have borrowed a login.
I do think there are some considerations to keep in mind here. Such as the result of turning the inverter off and not collecting energy - by accident or error in the app.
I will have to borrow a login, if its possible through API, with permission and support/feedback for turning on/off.
Great! Thank you!
Only one little problem, only 10 is working.
Im able to add, in my case 23 but 13 of them is failing to fetch data.
