inverter is setup on Lan and yes i have other devices on modbus. My victron battery system runs on modbus. and on the same port Is I can see. Is that the problem? and can that be solved?
you need some modbus proxy , only 1 device can have the modbus tcp connection

Thanks for the reply I understand now. For home assistant is a software modbus proxy available but I can’t find one for Homey. And even so I still might need a physical server to get this going.
I wanted to use the power producing data of the inverter to switch things on and off. The data of my P1 meter and victron energie meter only show the netto off the fases. Here I do not get good reading as my Victron system will try to shave off most of the solar power to feed my battery and will try to keep the readings to zero.

On the app intro page, under the Growatt inverter without battery, there are two “if” cards listed. But no “then” cards are displayed.
What I want to do is to reduce the Inverter power to the actual power delivered minus the power that is fed back into the grid, with a flow. So the power that is delivered by the Growatt inverter will match my own power consumption and will deliver almost nothing to the grid. Is this possible, are the “then” cards available that make this possible?
I own a MOD 3000TL3XH (BP) inverter and a Homey P1 energy dongle. In addition, I want to buy a WaveShare RS232/485 to WiFi RJ45 Ethernet Converter to control the inverter power, and install this app on Homey.
Will this be possible? I want to be sure be4 buying the WaveShare module and a Growatt COM plug. Any help is highly appreciated!

After I quered those and set the export value in a variable, I set the limit as follows (flow snapshot);
The waveshare is required and the Growatt you own will do the trick (as I have 2 growatt systems on 2 locations).
If you have a smart meter installed in the main power cabin of your house, the P1 dongle may be ready for sale. I’ve seen a lot of meter installs just behind the inverter, only measuring what comes in and what goes out, which should be for the house totally.
