I vote for solcast also.
In home assistant I can monitor Forecast.Solar also and that one is (way) less accurate.
I have the experience that, for me, solcast has a better prediction for all day and adjusts (better) during the day.
Just use a variable and make a flow to make the sum of those values. (which triggers when one of them changes)
ok thx
can you share an example picture?
FYI the Solcast API is down at the moment.
Hm, strange, for me it looks like itsās working (calls at 2:00, 8:27, 10:00 and 12:00 were reported as OK and capabilities are being updated)
Iām in the same boat. Iām not even able to see the error message to troubleshootā¦
Send me a diagnostic report and I will check
I retract my statement, it does work now. I donāt now, I waited a few days and created a flow for āFetch Midnight updateā. It seams that just pressing the on/off button on the device itself wasnāt working to get updates (instead it showed the error) after the device creation.
Nope, itās running still fine.
Try a homey reboot, that sometimes fixes a lot of things.
Or wait a day.
If it doesnt work send me a diagnostics report
@Pieterv123 Reset the app, rebooted Homey, but still no dice⦠API calls are OK, but no information is coming in. Weird, because itās been working great for 9 months now.

It has nothing to do with the app, but Forecast.Solar returns: invalid location
you check with your location: https://api.forecast.solar/check/4.8/52.36
Mhhh. It also gives an error if I need it the coordinates to Amsterdam Central Station
https://api.forecast.solar/check/4.899431/52.379189
Looks like thereās an issue with Forecast.Solar then?
I think so. It uses the location of Homey.
I cannot check for the moment as my Homey is dyingā¦
