You can find the IP address in your internet router, e.g. a Fritzbox. The IP address is also displayed in the Shelly app and in Homey under device settings.
Sorry what I mean is if I put the Shelly displays IP address in that section how does that profile be displayed in the Shelly display if the server is run off the Honey IP? I hope that makes sense? ![]()
Yes, I understand. I can’t help you with that at the moment. It’s probably a routing issue.
Thanks for trying at least
this profile section is only good for Shelly displays using the HA IP part.if I used Android tablets, it’s easier to install the Homey app and run Keosk mode with separate dashboards for that room. I’m just very excited about finally using Shelly displays. Hopefully I can know how the IP part in profiles work.
If I put my PC IP address how do I get a separate profile to work on that?
The IP address can be found in the Shelly App
The same applies here. For example, create a profile for a laptop using the laptop’s IP address
Can you give me an example of what I put in if the PC IP is 192.168.1.67? Then what do I input in the PC browser? It’s not working unfortunately.
I did that, now what do I input on the computer side to display the new profile?
So I worked it out. If the default has only 9 things selected then if I select show all devices on the other IP profile it will only show me the devices selected on the default. If I go through and individually select devices. It works perfectly fine. I’m such an idiot!

thanks for the great App. It’s helped me out heaps.
Hi,
I need some help again.
I’ve now set up the Shelly Wall Display as a Shelly Wi-Fi device in Homey. I’ve enabled the thermostat and the media player in the Shelly app. Where do I enter the dashboard URL?
Probably in the device under Network/Home Assistant.
Do I also need to install the Home Assistant app?
Update: It works now ![]()
Hi Andi,
This (the media player) is a really useful feature! Fantastic
However, in my setup it doesn’t show the cover art. It does so in the Homey app. Do I miss something? The app is aligned to the bottom of the screen as well (admittedly, when viewed in a regular Firefox or Brave browser not the Wall Display)

Thanks for any insight!
How does that look like in the Energy tab in the Homey app. Is battery there as well shown as charging?
If that‘s the case, the battery implementation of my app is correct.
Do you use the official Sonos Homey app?
Hi Andi,
Thanks for your quick reply. Yes I do use v6.7.8 of the official app.
Weird is that Homey itself does display the artwork.
Regards,
Tom
That’s strange - so you have exact the same situation as I have and it’s not working ![]()
I’m using Apple Music and the same Sonos version as you.
Do you see the covers here?
Hm, first time I have a look at that. Will have to study some documentation to understand how to use it. Or maybe this is what you meant:
i.e. empty images ![]()
Now that I actually play something with Sonos it shows this cover art:
I guess that’s supposed to happen. This (horse) image is displayed in the Homey app.
